Absolutely HORRIBLE! Was kept waiting over an hour past my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. Receptionist has such a pronounced accent--very difficult to understand/locale is 'old' house--does not look at all professional/Dr. claimed that he takes 'walk-ins' because he is so passionate about taking care of sick people. Well, it appears when a doctor can provide an appointment within same week and take walkiins--the only thing he is passionate about is putting money in his pocket!!Dr. Pena should learn that if his time is money--so is any scheduled patient's. And, without their time/money--he doesn't make his!!
