I was honestly excited to meet with Dr. Coleman. I have a really difficult time trusting doctors, because of a complex medical history, but she came very highly recommended as a doctor who understands systemic long-term post-chemo/cancer women's health issues. After faxing the extensive patient application packet as instructed (with confirmation of fax receipt) two weeks ago with no response, I tried calling several times over the past 5-6 days with no answer, and finally personally delivered the extensive patient application packet today.

Unfortunately, the only scheduled - and mandatory - pre-appointment orientation class for patient applicants is also today, but it's full. There isn't one more seat? Looking for another "highly qualified" doctor. Recommendations?

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
