Next to impossible to get the nurse to respond to your need for help or to even answer her phone or return your call. Great doctor and great staff except for nurse.

We visited this doctor with my daughter who is Type 1 diabetic (diagnosed over 7 years ago). The staff on the first visit were ok, not overly friendly or polite. We registered with an endocrinologist but were getting my daughters prescription from Dr Kaur. When trying to call the office they hardly ever answer especially if its 30 minutes or so before they close. When they do answer they are rude. I was asked to take my daughter in and have them do a fasting blood glucose and this would be on a regular basis I was told. I questioned this with her endocrinologist and he said that this was not needed as she wasn't a newly diagnosed type 1 or 2 diabetic. I explained this to staff at the doctors office and was told this time that they wouldn't refill her prescription unless I took her in again, even after I explained that she has an endocrinologist. I then got the prescription from the endo and have found another doctor. I feel that they want you in their office for financial reasons.

I've been going to Dr. Kaur for a couple of years now, but I've finally had enough. I don't think she looks over her notes before entering the room. She ends up asking me the same things over and over again. I have been calling the nurse's line for the past two weeks now with no return phone calls. Very unprofessional and very lazy. If I ever needed something from them, I would have to hound them until they did their job.

Go to this doctor ONLY if you like having to be seen every 3 months (they make you come in every 3 months for blood tests so they can 'keep an eye on you'). It's a scam.

They are losing two patients from this ordeal; myself and my mother.

I have been tired of how long the wait has been my last several appointments, but I have finally had it. I'm changing doctors. I had an appointment at 3:30 and got there about 3:20 to check in. I was charged the co-pay and then told there were four walk-in people ahead of me. I didn't know they accepted walk-ins, but I had an appointment. That apparently didn't matter. The receptionist just assumed I would wait. Nope. I rescheduled for the next day so we will see what happens, but this will be my last visit to Dr. Kaur. I also feel that the office staff is unprofessional in their dress. Jeans are not ok in a doctors office. It is a professional atmosphere. I do like Dr. Kaur, but all this other stuff is not ok.
