Their staff is very friendly and professional. They were friendly and gracious the entire appointment and made me feel at home. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.

Dr. Evans has been our family doctor for about 10 years, but that is going to change. Dr. Evans is a nice guy, but I have never been impressed by his staff. I'm pretty sure I have the flu, but they couldn't get me in the day of and just prescribed tamaflu. When I called our pediatrician's office, they would not give us tamaflu for our three little ones because I didn't have a diagnosis. I called back the next day to see if I could get a diagnosis, and the receptionist asked me if I was running a fever; when I said yes, she said that they try not to bring people in who have fever because they're contagious. Amazing! When the nurse called back, she said that they don't do a rapid test anyway, and the results wouldn't come in until Monday (today is Thursday). I asked her why she didn't tell my husband that yesterday because I would have just gone to a clinic, and she said we didn't ask. I hope our kids don't end up with the flu! Find out if he's replaced any staff before going to him.
