Robert Tafel was not helpful. In fact, the was very unhelpful. I was experiencing a LOT of pain. After a few visits he told me I was wasting insurance money by going to physical therapy. In addition, one time my husband visited with me, in order to try to understand what kind of help I could get for the pain, and Robert Tafel didn't even offer my husband a place to sit down. Of course, I changed doctors after being treated like this a few times. And I found a doctor who was understanding, and who was able to relieve most of my pain.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain.

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
