Dr Lopez is a wonder neurologist who actually listens to his patients and is very thorough! I’m so happy to have him as my migraine dr! He has been wonderful

The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
