They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

The physician has done nothing to "upgrade" the office and the overall environment was very dated. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. The physician dismissed several concerns, but still charged me for a comprehensive visit. They also asked for up-front payment, even though the doctor was listed as a preferred provider for my health plan.

Dr. Becker herself deserves 5 stars. She is intelligent and caring and I believe she can be trusted for an accurate diagnosis. She rates second to my GYN Dr but he's amazing and would be hard to beat. I'm not impressed by the insurance coverage and there have been times when the office staff has seemed stilted or just simply preoccupied or disinterested in the patient. It's unfortunate because that could turn some people away from a superior Doctor, IMHO. I don't let it bother me.
