Their honest concern is my health, safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine. They are unfailingly courteous and always make me feel respected and attended to. They remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. Physicians and staff are highly skilled, highly motivated in patient care, and good communicators.

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. The only problem is I moved out of the area.
