Staff is very rude. No compassion for the patients. They answer the phone like it's a bother to assist us. Make sure you don't ask questions because they will get frustrated.

Staff poorly trained . Dr great but staff is rude
And have no bedside manor. Cannot get an appoinment if sick have to wait 2-3 months to see him. Staff have no empathy towards patients.

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
