This physician is one who genuinely seems to care about her patients and takes the time to listen. She is warm and accepting, kind and respectful. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my care.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I was basically told to go see someone else. I took this to mean she had no idea what to do next and did not want to take time to think about it. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
