We had been going to this doctor for a while because they were on our insurance. The office is run down, but it was our best option at the time. Then the day came where we lost our insurance. We were in the middle of a sequence of shots and wanted to stay there, however, they were not willing to work with us at all. Their standard fee for an office visit was $90. Really? The minor emergency clinics don't even charge that much. So I was forced to try to find another doctor that was reasonable. Then a few months later we were calling around to get a school physical for our child. We called them and they were extremely rude. Not only is the place run down, and their prices outrageous, but do I really want to go somewhere where they treat you bad? I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. They are only willing to work with you if you have good insurance.

Dr. Baker is the most down to earth doctor I have ever gone to. His staff are the same way, all very very nice, and all are real people who really care about you. I've been through 30 doctors in my life, this guy is the best of all of them. And... he's an excellent doctor. He goes the extra mile to see what's up and how you are doing. Thanks Dr. Baker!

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first. A couple of times they've stayed open past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are one of the most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
