Dr Garcia has been our gastroenterologist for several years. He is one of the best doctors we have ever encountered. He has a wonderful bedside manner, is kind, and takes his time with patients. Both my husband and I appreciate how he explains everything to us and is always happy to answer our questions; and does it in a way that is easy to understand. He is also brilliant and truly cares about his patients. We feel extremely fortunate to have found him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Garcia for about a year now and confident in his knowledge and practice as a Doctor. I would recommend him to anyone who has internal medical issues.

Kind of, but not very much

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

The office staff is terrible. They must feel like talking to patients is beneath them. The doctor is impossible to get in touch with. It needed twice daily calls for 5 days before he could call back with the results of my procedure.

They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in.
