Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Interaction with this doctor is minimal at best. Virtually impossible to get through to even speak with him or have your questions answered. He might speak to you momentarily before a procedure; after is definitely not a given. When you call you will be directed to an 'assistant' that might or, as was often the case, didn't return call left on voicemail. The message you get for assistant is that your call will be returned within 24 hours, which is not good if you have something urgent that needs attention. They don't call you with results of a procedure once they get them: We will only call you if something is wrong! Well, what happens if something slips through the cracks? Patients want to know immediately and want a personal call from the doctor. We pay to speak to him, not MAYBE some unqualified assistant! Frankly, once they got your money they didn't seem to care one bit afterwards. My advice -- FIND ANOTHER PHYSICIAN. THE EXPERIENCE WAS SIMPLY MISERABLE AND FRUSTRATING.
