They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I went a few years ago to get my ear washed out and never, ever even saw the Dr walk down the hallway. The Nurse practioner did this and was not even good. I went later down to my old Dr in Plano and got it done right. To make it worse ,I was charged a few hundred dollars for feeling light a guinea pig for that Nurse Practicioner. I am still angry and really felt like I was taken to the cleaners. My grandkids could have done a better job.
