They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

The Peters was my husband's primary physician for 39 years. He retired in 2011.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give!

This is an old fashioned, no nonsense doctor who stays up to date in his field. He is direct and to the point giving great advice. He brings his dog to work and she stays in his office! How great is that! Dr. Peters has been my primary for 4 years and I send friends there all the time. This office makes you feel like family.

It is very easy to get an appt and in a good part of town right off IH35.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
