The young woman who answers the phone and is the first person one would meet needs stronger people skills. She comes off as unfriendly and not wanting to help. ....just my opinion from what we've experienced.

I wasn't greeted when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. The receptionist was rude, as was this physician. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. We are not going back to Dr. Hoover!

Yes! It was effortless!

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited?
There is no comparison!

Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
