Poor wait times and bedside matter. Last visit waited 3 hours. Not just myself but wife too. Older son and daughter goes as well. They were not
impress with quality of service. Have had problems with staff and billing. Mess up Lab work run around between lab and office because of there error. We will be looking for better service somewhere else.Was a long time patient and referred others to her. Now I will warn people of quality of
service there.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.
