I'm a new patient who on several occasions has tried to contact them to scheduled an appointment. The first two attempts it just rings, the third attempt someone answers and hung up the phone. I then tried to call back and no one answer.

THE FRONT.DESK PERSONNEL NAMED MRS. RUTH... IS RUDE AND MEAN AS A JUNK YARD DOG !! OVER THE PHONE AND IN THE OFFICE. SHE NEVER EVEN SMILE. I SPOKE TO DR. SLAUGHTER ABOUT HER ,THE DOC MADE EXCUSES FOR THE RUDE LADY SAYING SHE WAS SO SWEET OF AND A CHRISTIAN, THE DOCTOR WAS NOT FEELING MY COMPLAINT AT ALL. THIS LADY DOES NOT NEED TO GREET ANY ONE AT AN OFFICE FRONT DESK.. THIS HAS HAPPENED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, THIS IS MY RATING ON RUDNESS !!!!!!!
