I was very pleased with dr. Tran but due to lack of Transportation to get to Merkel from Abilene it became impossible for me to continue to see him. I now have insurance and possibly could get a ride on the Medicaid minivan to see him again. I found him to be a very good doctor, he listened to me and that's something that is very rare today!

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.
