Being a retired RN I can certainly recognize a excellent physician when I see one. Dr. Patteson's most outstanding qualities is his caring attitude and his willingness to listen carefully to a patient's concerns. Always willing to answer any question you have. I would recommend him to any friends or family members. The community of Lampasas is lucky to have this physician available to them.

The entire staff at Family Medicine Clinic is friendly and efficient. I like to specially commend Dr. Patterson's nurse for her caring, concern, and efficacy. Dr. Patterson himself is a quiet, thorough, methodical person
with great bedside manners and most importantly a magnificent diagnostician. One of the best family practitioners I have encountered in my long (81 years old) life.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
