The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.

My only complaint is with the rude people who now answer the phones. Myself and my daughter have called and been told it is not their propblem. We love the doctors there but if this continues we will change doctors. I have a PPO so it is possible to change.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. He has always been there when I or my family needed him.
