Dr. Scott is a pervert and a pedophile....I am not going into details, but Dr. Scott conducted himself in a very inappropriate way with my daughter. If I could sue him I certainly would. I hope people realize the kind of person he is and I hope other people who have ran into an issue like this would speak up.
