I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The office was easy enough to find. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
