The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The staff really knows what they're doing. They answered all of my questions. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were there. I felt so welcome and will definitely return to Dr. Gould's office for health services.
