Dr. Gould is friendly. However, he is not very helpful when it comes to answering questions. He seems to rush through the visit and doesn't plan to spend much time with his patients. The desk clerk failed to send over my prescriptions in a timely fashion. I think it took 2 weeks and several phone calls from me and the pharmacist for them to finally send the information over. It was very frustrating.

I have been going to him for the last 3 years and still feel uncomfortable with him. I don't feel comfortable asking questions. I am in search of another Doctor.
