As far as Dr. Capili goes, she was pretty good but the appointment felt rushed. It's the unprofessional office staff that needs a complete overhall (other than the nurse/aid). The front desk staff barely gave me any information and I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. If you call with a question, don't expect a call back! Complete waste of time/copay. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished. I never had my problem resolved and never got a return phone call since the whole office was on vacation the following week and didn't bother following up with me to see how I was feeling before leaving for vacation. That would've been important information to tell a patient that was in pain/discomfort. So I had to wait yet another week in pain. How awesome was that? (Sarcasm) I kind of just felt like another number. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed and never got any of my calls returned.
