They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Horrible Horrible!!!!!! And that's starting with the front desk. They made me feel worse than I did when I started. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Please do not use them.
When I called to complain about their customer service I was told that they have plenty of happy customers and then she hung up on me.

THIS DOCTOR IS HORRIBLE. I set my husband up with an appointment, for a check up, and he had been having some trouble sleeping and anxiety, and he was having pain in his testicles. He went to his first appointment by himself, got bloodwork done etc, he came home almost 5 hours later, saying he didnt like the doctor. SOOOOO i decided to go with him to the follow up. We sat and waited for almost two hours, and only saw one other patient go in ahead of us... really? Then when they called him back to check his vitals, my two year old and i followed, the nurse was sooooo rude to me, telling me i needed to leave, because she was just doing the vitals... i said ok, but i need to catch my two year old, who was running everywhere, and following daddy, as im chasing my two year old, she continues to repeat herself as if i was stupid... really lady, just do your job. then after more waiting, they called him back and i definately followed, we sat in a very hot and disgusting exam room for another hour... then WONDERFUL DR JOHNSON came in... and basically told my husband he was stupid the entire time, saying he had these problems his whole life, he just didnt know it.... REALLY!!!!!!!! so as my husband is being bullied and having his needs completely ignored, im sitting back getting very angry. So i jump in and basically start having to tell him how to do his job... Saying why dont we just try a mild anti anxiety medication and see if it helps for starters, then he refused to give my husband an physical exam for his testicle pain, so im like lets just go ahead and write a referral for an ultrasound..ok? So my husband had an ultrasound on his testicles and they found cysts!!! so we will not be going back to him for treatment, i will be taking the results to another doctor.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. It was the worst experince ever. I was seeing another doctor before but they closed so i went there cause the lady on the phone was so polite when i got there i was not impressed. I have heel spurs and getting shot there and he didn't let me tell him anything he continued to be sarcastic acting like i didnt know what i was talking about. There is a sign when u walk into one of his rooms saying he is kind and courtious WRONG he is soooooooo rude. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SEE HIM. I WOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT SEEING HIM IF U ARE THINKING OF GOING

I had an appointment set up and arrived promptly but, was made to wait over 4 hours before seeing the doctor. After that long wait, Dr. Johnson came in the room and didnt seem interested in anything I was telling him. I was having severe headaches, dizziness, black outs, fainting, etc. He told me there was nothing wrong with me (even tho he didnt even examine me) He said he thought it was stress. Well, I went home and continued having all these problems and they kept getting worse so, six months later I went to a different doctor who sent me for some tests and scans and it turned out I had a HUGE BRAIN TUMOR!!
I had brain surgery but, Im left disabled because the tumor was left to grow for 6 months.
All because Dr. Johnson wouldnt take the time or care to listen to me and examine me.

ok so ive been having this really sharp shocking shooting pain coming from the back of my scalp, and im feeling it though my nose, lips, right eye, my neck and ear. its almost like a constant pain.. the worst pain ive ever felt in my life!! well this dr comes in and doesnt ask me what im feeling doesnt even try to feel the big bump i have on the back of my head. he just knocks my knees, makes me touch my toes and streach my arms. he then leaves the room and after waiting 50 minuets in that room gives me a prescription for muscle relaxer.. ok fist of all sharp shooting shock like pain does not come from a muscle, it would be a nerve. and the thing that most concerns me is the fact the when you look up the causes of trigeminal neuralgia, a tumor is one of them and my grandfather has had 3 brain surgeys due to the tumer comming back.. i just think this is a big thing for a dr to miss. he didnt even give me time to ask him anything. he litterally JUST walked out!!! i would not recommend anyone to go see this dr!!
