ARC has a habit of double billing and making up services. My Insurance company paid for my last office visit in full, but they lied and told me they did not and demanded I pay up. Eventually they told me they would correct it, but then I got another bill in the mail from them! They code the bills to make it nearly impossible to determine what the insurance already paid. Very deceptive!

Do not use Austin Regional Clinic. They double bill patients, and when you try to have it fixed they refuse. Currently they are reporting us to collections for a double bill that I refuse to pay for. Now I have to hire an attorney to fight this. Completely corrupt company!
