Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Not at all, they were ridiculous!

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could've done better. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

Dr.Butler was extremely creepy. He kept me in his office for 45 minutes for a cold sore! After I was completely creeped out and decided I would never use him again, their charge for a new-patient visit was at least 50% higher than I've ever paid in my life. They also would not send a bill after it was settled with my health insurance; instead they made me pay up front on their estimated cost and would not provide me with a receipt. They said I could contact their billing office after 30 days. Very shady, overpriced, and creepy doctor.

No, the staff was very mistreated

Yes, I felt like an annoyance!

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
