I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. The chairs they had in the waiting room were not the greatest. I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
