I have visited Premalatha Vindhya, MD since the 1990's. Recently, (for about a year almost), I visited Dr. Vindhya seeking help with a foot problem that I have had for the past 6 years. Since I started treatment in her office, my problem is getting a whole lot better. I have been to so many doctors.

I previously visited other doctors who treated the feet, and did not realize Dr. Vindhya also treated foot problems and not just problems related to skincare which is what she treated my daughter and I for years ago.

I have been a friend and a patient of Dr. Vindhya for nearly 30 years. She is a great doctor who is very professional, knowledgeable, and her staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Vindhya for over ten years. I have always found her to be extremely compassionate with a very gentle touch. I have had appointments that lasted as little as 15 minutes and others as long as 30 minutes. The important thing to understand is that Dr. Vindhya spends the amount of time with each patient that the circumstances require. It is easy to see that translates to quality medical care. When performing procedures, Dr. Vindhya is meticulous with attention to detail to get it done and get it done right. I have observed her staff help patients with the same dedication as Dr. Vindhya herself. I have and will continue to proudly and highly recommend Dr. Vindhya to friends and neighbors. She is a true credit to her profession.

This doctor wastes time. I waited over an hour for my visit, was charged over a $100 dollars for having been seen by the doctor for less than 10 minutes, then I was told I had to reschedule and come back in two weeks for a simple problem such as a wart. In addition to the rescheduling I was going to have to pay anywhere from $160-$260 dollars to remove the wart. I do not recommend this doctor. She malingers with her time and asks you to reschedule so she can charge you again not for an office visit but for the cost of the procedure. I went to another doctor, the next following business day and I was able to be seen on the same day I called, was seen in under an hour and charged less than $150 for the office visit and the removal of the wart. I was even told, if the wart comes back, he would remove it for free. There is a note in her office that she takes a long time with her patients and that if she is running late, she is giving her patients the upmost care and she will give that same care to you. I was not given this so called lots of time and was told to come back and pay more. She over charges.

Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. I didn't get as far as I would have hoped this visit. I left feeling rather confused and uneasy.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
