Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

I considered their waiting area chairs to be the most comfortable I've ever sat in. I was so relaxed while waiting to see the dermatologist. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
