They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
