The doctors and staff who give the injections are always polite and helpful, however, there is a woman who works at the check in desk who is extremely rude! She once called me up from my chair just to tell me that I filled out a box that I didn't need to and then said I could go sit back down now. EXTREMELY RUDE! The only other bad thing that happened is one of their staff members have me my allergy shot to high into the muscle and it was bruised for almost 2 weeks and I couldn't touch the area. Other than that, the majority of the staff is friendly and the doctors are all very professional.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
