They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. very professional extremely pleasant and earnestly concerned for my over all health. took the time to listen to my concerns as well as addressed all my questions.

Dr. Venzor is the kindest doctor I have ever met!!! He made us feel extremely comfortable, took time to answer all my questions and explain each procedure and medicine prescribed. If the waiting room seems to be taking a long time, it feels good to know he's taking his time with his patients and he'll take the same amount of undivided time and care to you as well.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
