If I had to rate them on just their friendliness towards us I would give them the whole five stars alone. This is one of the warmest and most welcoming offices we visit. My daughter loves Dr. Byrd. I have recommended Dr. Byrd to my friends and anyone looking for a child’s ophthalmologist. In fact, I wish she also treated adults. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. The staff is wonderful about making a real effort to get me in when I need it.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
