It took forever to see the doctor. Once we were in the room we waited and waited. When I went out to see what was going on,the Doctor said she didn't know we were in there and was in her office reading a magazie. This happened to us on two seperate occasions. We finally switched to another provider. The front office staff seems professional and helpful, however. And the office seems clean and the building has great parking.

This pediatrician's diagnostic skills are inadequate at best. My child's dehydration was mistaken for mononucleosis, as was my other child's sore throat the next year. Not only this, the Signal Mountain pediatricians are quick to pass judgment on their patients without even attempting to understand the differences between individual family lifestyles. The only reason to take your children to this office is its convenient Signal Mountain location, but only if you can put up with the huge downside.

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted
