Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while we were waiting.
They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
