I visited other doctors while pregnant before i picked Dr. Mitchell. I felt comfortable with her. She doesn't rush me and lets me ask all my questions....even the dumb ones! She answers with the no-nonsense attitude of a mom and a doctor who knows her stuff. I guess I'm kind of type A person....just give me the facts without delay. The office is prompt and appointments are usually available on short notice. Love the before/after work and 7 day coverage options as baby has gotten sick over the weekends. As a new mom, I found the after hours nurse line to be a great help. They told me exactly what to look for and what to do. Overall, seemed to be highly competant and responsive. Good decision.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
