Was this provider's office too loud?

1. He shared my personal information with unauthorized persons.
2. He violated my confidentiality to the staff.
3. He discouraged other persons from seeing me as a patient and again violated my confidentiality.
4. I am considering sueing him for slander.
5. He does not believe in western psychology as he is from India and DOES NOT have actual training as a therapist even though they have honored his credentials in Tennessee.
6. I am reporting him for insurance fraud. He over billed me on more than one occasion.
