I've seen Dr Sanford for years. I'm so disappointed and disgusted by his office staff. Every time it go the wait gets longer. Today my appt was at 9:30, I sat in exam rm for 3 hrs. No one even checked on me. Very very unacceptable!!

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

No, my decisions were always respected
