The office staff was OK, but the doctor was TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. He reviewed images of my head MRI and said everything was normal, but when he later got the radiologists's report (which I also requested), it reported that there was a big abnormality found with specific note to have another MRI soon. The Dr. never called back to tell me this or to schedule a followup. The prescription medicine he gave me made my symptoms hundreds of times worse and caused extreme side effects after just one pill. When I called the office the next day to report this and ask if they could prescribe something else, no one ever followed up with me or called back. During the office visit, he was condescending, insulting, and pompous.... horrible bedside manner. This guy must be a fraud because I can't imagine any degreed doctor having this level of incompetence. I am only giving him 0.5 stars because there is no option for zero stars.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. However, Dr. Strickland is no longer there. When I asked for my records in order to continue seeing Dr. Strickland, they were very pleasant to deal with.

Dr. Strickland has his own practice now at 300 20th Ave North. I have gone to him for years, and would highly recommend him.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I've never seen discounts or coupons for Neurologist/Medical Doctors other than Plastic Surgeons and Dermatologist. . They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. . Granted, I'm a consumer but also a patien.
