As with many, required to submit to second opinion examination due to my status on federal worker's compensation. The exam was interrupted several times as he took calls out of the room. All in all, he spent perhaps 15 minutes in the exam room. Upon receipt of the medical report, I found Dr. Graham discounted my pain resulting from a traumatic brain injury nearly 9 years earlier and certified I no lingering neurological impairments. Basically, what Dr. Graham did, in his medical opinion, was to claim my pain management physicians and nurse practitioners were committing medical malpractice by continuing to prescribe pain medications. He did not address the presence of my pain, it's effect on my day and the side effects of the various medications legally prescribed. He walks and talks like a duck, therefore he must be a QUACK!

Dr. Graham did not explain the proper use a medication he prescribed. It was a so-called "rescue" medication, not to be used very frequently, but this was never explained to me, and consequently I used the medication improperly for 2 weeks. I would not go to this doctor again.

Friendly and compassionate. Upset however, as I called with a concern and was told by staff that the doctor doesnt personally return phone calls..... what??Therefore rating is not high due to that. That is ridiculous!!

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
