I was very impressed with Dr. Rankine with his demeanor, his knowledge and skills in handling of my sons case with seizures I have seen many Doctors with both of my sons and Dr. Rankine is excellent.

Worst Dr. I have ever seen! Waited over 3 hours. He spent less than 2 minutes with me and sent a bill for $245. Rude, rude staff, dirty office and waiting room. Find another Dr!

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

He doesn't take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another insurance payment to them. He's always out of town and my appointment has to be rescheduled, but then it takes another month just to get in to see him! He needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure he didn't make any mistakes. He's oh his phone more than he's in the exam room! If you go to see him, be prepared to wait a minimum of three hours! Then once he's in the room with you, be grateful if you get five minutes with him! They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality.

One look at my MRI and he put his finger on a problem that has been undiagnosed for over 20 years. He doesn't rush in and out like a lot of docs but takes time to ask a lot of questions and make sure he is on the right track. Unfortunately, this also means he is always running behind but I thought it was well worth the wait. Very personable doctor.
