They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

wait to see the np was well over an hour and they filed my insurance incorrectly

Dr. Pardue is always glad to see you, but concerned that you're not feeling well. He has an office of many diagnostic procedures to let you know what's going on with you without having to wait days for the results. He explains the results, and lets you know what plan he would suggest for you to feel better. He's a knowledgable doctor that up to date on all the new technology and cares so much about his patients. I'm glad he is my doctor!
