They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. The FNPs at this office are so attentive and knowledgeable. Appointments were easy to get and i never waited for a long length of time. All staff were courteous and informative both on the phone and in person. I am so pleased to be in the care of Jennifer Dible i will never go anywhere else.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed.
