I am new to Chatt and tried to get an appointment with this doctor or any other in the practice since he had such great ratings. I was extremely disappointed by the rude and unhelpful attitude of the office staff. Maybe I'm better off not getting an appointment with this group.

Dr. Crump and his staff are awesome! Dr. Crump is so personable. If you aren't doing what you are supposed to do, Dr. Crump "fusses" in such a nice way. It is a pleasure now for me to go to Dr. Crump. The staff truly is amazing. They all make you feel so special.
