No, they didn't even attempt to explain
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Definitely! I was shocked and horrified!

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone.
