I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I would not recommend these so called "specialists" to look at a dog, much less a human. After almost two months of allowing a member of my family to suffer, I took my dad to Vanderbilt University Medical Center and within THREE days they had a diagnosis and performed surgery. You should be ashamed! You are not leading the way in another other than income. You are certainly not concerned with outcomes. Typical backwoods Knoxville - 100 years behind most 3rd world countries.

Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs
