It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding
